Ingredients

  • 1 Piece of Red Bell Pepper, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Piece of Yellow Bell Pepper, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Piece of Green Bell Pepper, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Piece of Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 125 ml of Cider Vinegar
  • 125 ml of Water
  • 60 ml of Sugar
  • 1 Clove of Garlic, Finely Chopped
  • ½ Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • Salt to Taste

Steps

  1. Take the multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
  2. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK].
  3. Add all the ingredients into the cooker. Let it cook until the cooking time is finished. Serve over grilled fish or meat.
