Kangkung Belacan

Ingredients

  • 2 Pieces of Shallots
  • 2 Pieces of Ginger
  • 2 Cm of Prawn Paste
  • 1 Piece of Bird’s Eye Chili
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cooking Oil
  • 200 Grams of Kangkung
  • 1 Tablespoon of Salt and MSG
  • 90 ml of Water

Steps

  1. Take the multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
  2. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and heating level 3 then press [COOK]
  3. Pour the cooking oil into the pot. Add shallots, garlic, bird’s eye chilli and prawn paste. Stir-fry until its fragrant.
  4. Next, add Kangkung into the pot then add water. Season it with salt and MSG. Stir it well until its wilt.
