  • 2 Pieces of Red Bell Peppers, Seeded and Diced
  • 1 Piece of Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • ½ Teaspoon of Ground Turmeric
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Ground Cumin Seeds
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Ground Coriander Seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons of Chicken Stock
  • 400 ml of Water
  • 200 Grans of Red Lentils, Rinsed and Drained
  • 1 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste
  • 2 Tablespoons of Cilantro, Chopped
  • 2 Stalks of Green Onions, Chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Steps

1.Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Add all the remaining ingredients into the cooker. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.

2.Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees then press [COOK].
