A Flavorful sauce to pour over your favourite cooked pasta!

100g of Parmesan Cheese
100g of Onions
2 Cloves of Garlic
150g of Carrots
150g of Celery
2 Tbsp of Olive oil
800g of Mince Beef
150g of Streaky Beef
600ml of Beef Stock
2 Tsp of Sugar
6 Tbsp of Tomato Puree
800g of Chopped Tomato
2 Tsp of Sweet Paprika Powder
1 Tsp of Pepper
2 Tbsp of Thyme
1 pinch of Salt
800g of Spaghetti

Cut the Parmesan Cheese into rough pieces and add into the mixing bowl. Grate for 10 seconds by pressing the turbo button. Transfer the grated Parmesan Cheese to another Bowl and rinse the mixing bowl.
Peel the Onions and cut in halves. Peel the Garlic. Peel the carrot and cut into halve. Cut the Celery into cubes.
Add the vegetables into the mixing bowl. Chop the vegetables for 10 seconds by the speed 5. Use the spatula to scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil by removing the measuring cup and sauté the vegetables for 4 minutes using the sauté mode.
Add half of the minced beef by removing the measuring cup and sauté for 7 minutes using the sauté mode. Remove everything from the mixing bowl and set aside . Clean the mixing bowl.
Cut the streaky beef into pieces and add into the mixing bowl. Remove the measuring cup and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. sauté for 5 minutes by using the sauté mode.
Remove the measuring cup and add in the remaining mince beef. using the sauté mode , sauté for 10 minutes.
Remove the measuring cup and add Warm Stock Beef and cook for 10 minutes with 100℃ by speed 2 with Reverse Blade Function.
Add meat with the vegetables back into the bowl. Add Sugar, Tomato Puree, Chopped Tomatoes and the remaining warm stock in the mixing bowl . Season with Paprika Powder, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and mix everything for 30 minutes with speed 2 with reverse blade function.
Remove the Measuring cup and cook for 45 minutes with 90℃ by speed 1. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer the Sauce to a separate bowl, cover and put in warm place.
Rinse the bowl and add water. Boil the water for 10 minutes with 120℃ with speed 1.
remove the measuring cup and add spaghetti through the hole in the lid. Cook the spaghetti to al dente and drain.
Serve with Bolognese Sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
