Butter Roasted Radishes

Roasted root vegetables seasoned with thyme and honey are a colourful and hearty addition to the dinner table.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 2 Pieces of Carrots, Peeled and Cut into 3” Lengthwise
  • 3 Pieces of Parsnips, Peeled and Cut into 3” Lengthwise
  • 2 Pieces of Turnips, Peeled and Cut into 6 Pieces
  • 1 Stalk of Leek (White Part only), Cut into 1” Pieces
  • 1 Piece of Onion, Chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons of Dried Thyme
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Steps

  1. Take the multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
  2. Press the [MENU SELECTION] and select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees then press [COOK].
  3. Add butter and honey into the cooker. Add vegetables and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Let it cook until the vegetables are tender.
