Fried Rice With Diced Chicken Tomato and Beef

It’s a rice dish made with ground beef, sauteed onions and garlic, rice cooked in chicken broth with diced tomatoes and perfectly spiced!

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:-

  • 80 Grams of Tomato, Chopped
  • 1 Thin Slice of Beef Rashes, Chopped
  • 40 Grams of Chicken, Chopped
  • 250 Grams of Cooked Rice
  • 1 Piece of Egg, mix well.
  • 40 Grams of Mix Vegetables.

 

Seasoning:-

  • 2 Teaspoons of Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of White Sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Chicken Stock
  • 2 Teaspoons of Tomato Sauce

Steps

    1. Open the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position and pre-heat the cooker by selecting the [FRY] function using the [MENU SELECTION] button and set the cooking time for 30 minutes then press [COOK] to start cooking.
    2. Add oil into the pot then add beef, followed with chicken and mix vegetables. Fry all the mixed ingredients in the pot well until its thawed.
    3. Add cooked rice into the pot and mix well.
    4. Add the egg and seasoning into the mix and fry it well.
    5. Add the tomato and serve.
