Ingredients

  • 250 Grams of Squid
  • 1 Tablespoon of Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Piece of Shallots and Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Piece of Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Inch of Ginger, Julienne
  • 2 Pieces of Chili, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon of Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cooking Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of MSG

Steps

  1. Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
  2. Pre-heat the cooker by pressing the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 20 minutes and heating level 3 then press [COOK]
  3. Pour the squid without oil. Add turmeric powder into the cooker. Stir-fry until the squid is dry.
  4. Add oil into the cooker. Add shallots, garlic and ginger. Stir-fry until its fragrant.
  5. Add vinegar, onion and chilli. Season it with salt and MSG. Serve!
