Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the unlock position.
Pre-heat the cooker by pressing the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and heating level 3 then press [COOK].
Add oil into the cooker and add shallots and garlic. Stir-fry until its fragrant. Add baby kalian and continue to stir until it wilts. Add the oyster sauce with the soy sauce into the cooker. Season it with salt and black pepper. Serve!
