Fried Chicken Steak With Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

Marinate Ingredients:-

  • 2 Pieces of Chicken fillet
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Chicken Powder

 

Seasoning:-

  • 1 Teaspoon of Oil
  • 70 Grams of Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon of Thyme

Steps

    1. In a separate bowl, marinate the chicken with chicken stock and thyme then set aside and let it sit for 30 minutes.
    2. Open the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position and pre-heat the cooker. Select the [FRY] function using the [MENU SELECTION] button and set the cooking time for 20 minutes then press [COOK] to start cooking.
    3. Add oil and the chicken fillet into the pot then fry until it becomes yellow for 10 minutes on each side.
    4. Add Teriyaki Sauce onto the chicken fillet. Turn the handle to the unlock position, then close the lid.
    5. Turn the handle to the lock position and select the [MULTICOOK] function using the [MENU SELECTION] button and set the cooking time for 5 minutes then press [COOK] to start cooking until it is done.
