Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Pre-heat the cooker by pressing the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 20 minutes and heating level 3 then press [COOK]
Pour the squid without oil. Add turmeric powder into the cooker. Stir-fry until the squid is dry.
Add oil into the cooker. Add shallots, garlic and ginger. Stir-fry until its fragrant.
Add vinegar, onion and chilli. Season it with salt and MSG. Serve!
