Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position.
Add the chicken breast, garlic, pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar, ketchup and soy sauce into the cooker. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]
Once the cooking time is finished, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position.
Add the remaining ingredients into the cooker except garnish then give it a good stir to mix the ingredients all together. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 5 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Best serve with hot rice.
