Ingredients

  • 3 Pieces of Whole Chicken Legs
  • 1 Piece of Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Clove of Garlic, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon of Ground Turmeric
  • 1 Teaspoon of Ginger
  • 40 Grams of Chicken Stock
  • 170 ml of Water
  • 2 Stalks of Medium-Head of Celery, Cut into 2” Long Pieces
  • ½ of Lemon Juice.
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cayenne

Steps

  1. Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position.
  2. Pour all the ingredients into the cooker, close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
  3. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]
