Sautéed Beef with Olives and Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 300 Grams of Sirloin Steak, Slice into Thin Strips
  • 1 Piece of Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons of Parsley, Finely Chopped

Steps

  1. In a separate bowl, pour the slices of steak into the bowl then add onion, garlic and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix it well
  2. Take the multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Pour the slices of steak into the cooker then close and lock the lid
  3. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees then press [COOK]
  4. Once the cooking time is finished, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
  5. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees then press [COOK]
  6. Add the tomatoes into the cooker and stir it well to coat it with the meat or until the onions are tender. Adjust the seasoning by adding more salt or pepper.
  7. Garnish with parsley.
