Chinese Style Scrambled Eggs with Tomato

This comforting dish of scrambled eggs features the natural sweetness of bright red tomatoes and is an easy-to-make side dish for any dinner table!

Ingredients

  • 4 Pieces of Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 Piece of Tomato, Cut into Pieces
  • 2 Stalks of Spring Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon of Ginger, Sliced or Thinly Julienne
  • 2 Stalks of Coriander, Roughly Chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons of Chili Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons of Salt

Steps

  1. Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position
  2. Pre-heat the cooker by pressing the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 5 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]
  3. Add vegetable oil, spring onion and ginger into the cooker. Stir-fry until its fragrant for 15 seconds
  4. Add tomato and stir-fry for 1 minute or until slightly soft.
  5. Add beaten eggs and season it with salt. Stir-fry until eggs are cooked.
  6. Garnish with spring onions, coriander leaves. Serve hot with chilli sauce on the side.
