Stir-Fry Baby Kai Lan

Ingredients

  • 1 Piece of Shallots, Chopped
  • 1 Clove of Garlic, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cooking Oil
  • 350 Grams of Baby Kai Lan
  • 2 Tablespoons of Oyster Sauce
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt Soy Sauce
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper

Steps

  1. Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the unlock position.
  2. Pre-heat the cooker by pressing the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and heating level 3 then press [COOK].
  3. Add oil into the cooker and add shallots and garlic. Stir-fry until its fragrant. Add baby kalian and continue to stir until it wilts. Add the oyster sauce with the soy sauce into the cooker. Season it with salt and black pepper. Serve!
