Steamed Chicken and Pumpkin

Ingredients

  • 200 Grams of Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 100 Grams of Pumpkin
  • 1 Tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
  • ½ Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
  • ½ Tablespoon of Potato Starch
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
  • 2 Stalks of Spring Onion

Steps

  1. In a separate bowl, marinate the chicken by adding oyster sauce, soy sauce and potato starch. Season it with salt and sugar then set it aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid. Place a trivet into the cooker and add 240 ml of water.
  3. Transfer and place at the centre the marinated chicken onto a heatproof dish that fits into the cooker for steaming. Place pumpkin around the chicken. Place it on top of the trivet inside the cooker and close the lid.
  4. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [STEAM] function. Set the cooking time for 20 minutes and temperature level 120 degrees then press [COOK].
