Mix all the ingredients in a bowl using an electric hand mixer except flour. Separate the sugar into three batches to control the mixer.
Sieve the flour so the mixer is not clumpy
Use toothpick to check the batter. If the toothpick stands doesn’t go sideways. The batter is in perfect condition. Finally add the flour using folding technique.
Fill into the cups about 80% measurements. Optional topping in the end.
Select the multicooker by select using Menu Selection button and set it [Steam] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes. For this type of cooking put a rack (comes with the box) in the pot. Close the lid and press cook.
