Ingredients

Ingredients A

  • 300 Grams of Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder

 

Ingredients B

  • 4 Pieces of Large Size Eggs
  • 250 Grams of Butter, Melted and Cooled
  • 250 Grams of Icing Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Essence

 

Ingredients C

  • 300 Grams of Sliced Banana, Preferred Pisang Emas or Pisang Berangan
  • 100 Grams of Toasted Walnuts
  • 140 Grams of Chocolate Chips

 

Topping (Optional)

  • 100 Grams of Sliced Bananas
  • 100 Grams of Chocolate Syrup

Steps

  1. Separate ingredient A into 2 batches. Take a separate bowl to add 1st batch of ingredients A into ingredients B but slowly mix by stirring it in one direction continuously with a spatula.
  2. Repeat with the 2nd batch of ingredients A. After that, in the same bowl. Just mix in with ingredients C.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pot. Set the cooking mode on [OVEN] function by selecting the [MENU SELECTION] button and set it for 45 minutes with power level 2 then close the lid and turn the handle to a lock position and press [COOK] to start cooking.
  4. After the cooking is done, turn the handle to an unlock position and open the lid. Take out the pot and turn the pot upside down by using an 8 inch round plate to flip the cake out.
  5. Serve with topping
