Sesame Shrimp Stir-Fry

This stir-fry shrimp is perfect for a quick midweek meal.

Ingredients

Sauce ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons of Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons of Salted Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of Sesame Oil

 

Cooking ingredients;

  • 350 Grams of Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
  • 5 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
  • 200 Grams of Snow Peas, Trimmed and Chopped
  • 3 Stalks of Green Onions, Finely Sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons of Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon of Ginger, Chopped
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Blended Dried Chili Paste
  • Salt to Taste

Steps

  1. For the sauce. In a separate bowl, combine all the ingredients then set aside.
  2. Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid turn the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
  3. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 30 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees then press [COOK]
  4. Add vegetable oil into the cooker. Add onion, snow peas, ginger, garlic and blended dried chilli paste. Stir until it cooked. Add the shrimp and sesame seeds. Keep stir-frying until the shrimp change in colour. Season with salt. Add the sauce into the cooker and stir to coat the whole vegetables and shrimp.
