Sweet and Sour Stir-Fried Chicken

Chicken stir fry is warm and filling without a lot of fuss. It’s a basic sweet and sour sauce that you can throw in with any vegetables.

SERVES  2 – 3







Sauce ingredients:

  • 50 ml of Vinegar
  • 50 ml of concentrated orange juice
  • 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of Honey


Cooking ingredients;

  • 350 Grams of Chicken Breasts, Cubed
  • 2 Tablespoons of Cooking Oil
  • 1 Piece of Onion, Cut into wedges
  • 1 Piece of Red Bell Peppers, Seeded and Cut into Squares
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

  1. For the sauce. In a separate bowl, combine all the ingredients then set aside.
  2. Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid turn the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
  3. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 30 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees then press [COOK]
  4. Add oil into the cooker. Add the chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Add the onion, garlic and bell pepper. Stir-fry until the onion is translucent. Add the sauce and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is thickened.
  5. Best serve with hot rice
