For the sauce. In a separate bowl, combine all the ingredients then set aside.
Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid turn the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 30 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees then press [COOK]
Add vegetable oil into the cooker. Add onion, snow peas, ginger, garlic and blended dried chilli paste. Stir until it cooked. Add the shrimp and sesame seeds. Keep stir-frying until the shrimp change in colour. Season with salt. Add the sauce into the cooker and stir to coat the whole vegetables and shrimp.
