We need to heat the pot by selecting a [MULTICOOK] function using a Menu selection button. Turn the handle to a lock position and press cook.Add oil and kimchi. Sauté the kimchi for 4 to 5 minutes or until it’s softened. Stir occasionally.
Push the kimchi to a side and place onion, tofu and Scallions. Pour kimchi juice and stock. Turn the handle to an unlock position and set the cooking time for 15 minutes. Turn the handle to a lock position, close the lid and press cook.
Unlock the handle and open the lid. Turn the handle to lock again and press cook. Add tuna for additional 5 minutes. Serve with warm cooked rice and any Korean side dishes.
