Japchae

Ingredients

Marinated beef Ingredients : –

  • 500 g Beef, Cut into 3” long thin strips (such as sirloin, chuck, short ribs or tri-tip)
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic

 

Dry Ingredients :-

  • 2 Eggs, Lightly beaten
  • ½ Medium size onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 ¼ Bell pepper, fine julienne
  • ½ Large size carrot, fine julienne
  • 5 pcs Shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 12 oz Spinach Salt and vegetable oil
  • 150 g Glass noodles, soaked

 

Soy Sauce Ingredients :-

  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • ⅓ tbsp Sugar or Honey
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • ½ tbsp Bulgogi sauce

Steps

    1. Heat the pot selecting [MULTICOOK] function by navigating using menu selection button. Turn the handle to lock position and press cook and pour 1 tbsp of Vegetable oil After the pot was heated add sliced carrots, mushrooms, bell peppers and onions until brownish color and fragrant.
    2. Add soaked glass noodles with ½ cup of water. Unlock the handle, close and lock the lid Set cooker to high pressure steaming for 15 minutes.
    3. Take separate small bowl to make soy sauce mixture by adding soy sauce, sesame, sugar, sesame seeds and bulgogi.
    4. Open the lid, remove the inner pot add soy sauce mixture to cooked noodles and mix then served.
