Kelupis

Bruneian favourite meal, its conventional food meets cuckoo a modernistic multi-cooker

Ingredients

  • 1 bundle Kelupis leaves
  • 500 g Glutinous rice
  • 2 Litres Coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 pcs Pandan leaves

Steps

    1. Swipe clean kelupis leaves and cut straight at both ends.
    2. Rinse glutinous rice.
    3. Mix coconut milk, salt and pandan leaves and bring to boil. Add in glutinous rice and mix ingredients until water mix evaporate.
    4. Roll glutinous rice mix in a kelupis leave and pack to make a kelupis shape. Repeat to make more kelupis.
    5. Prepare cooker by selecting menu selection to [STEAM], add in enough water and install steam basket, and then pack in kelupis. Close lid in a lock position, and press [START].
    6. Serve after cooked.
