Ingredients
20 Grams of Chicken Stock
200 Grams of Dried Bean Curd Sticks, Soaked and Sliced
100 Grams of Dried Shiitake Mushrooms, Soaked and Sliced
Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position.
Pour all the ingredients into the cooker. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature 100 degrees then press [COOK]
