Garlic-Dill Deviled Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Cold Water
  • 5 Pieces of Large Eggs
  • 2/3 Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 4 Teaspoons of Dill Pickle Relish
  • 2 Teaspoons of Snipped Fresh Dill
  • 2 Teaspoons of Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon of Coarsely Ground Pepper
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Garlic Powder

 

Optional;

  • A sprinkle of paprika or cayenne powder

Steps

  1. Take a multicooker and open the lid turning the handle to the unlock position. Put all the ingredients into the pot.
  2. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select [MULTICOOK] button. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes then press [COOK].
  3. Once cooked, open the lid and immediately place the eggs in a bowl of ice water to cool. Peel the egg and cut into lengthwise in half.
  4. Remove yolks and put it into a separate bowl, reserving whites and place it on to a plate. In the separate bowl and mash the yolks.
  5. Add mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, fresh dill, mustard, pepper and garlic powder into the bowl that filled with mash egg yolks. Stir it all until it well mixes.
  6. Once finished, spoon the egg yolks into a piping bag. Pipe it into the egg whites.
  7. Serve and garnish with paprika or additional dill.
