Chicken With Cream Cheese Sauce

An easy elegant recipe that packs a lot of flavours!

SERVES  3 – 5







  • 30 Grams of Olive Oil
  • 30 Grams of Onion
  • 10 Grams of Garlic
  • 2 Pieces of Chicken Breast
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 170 Grams of Full Cream Milk
  • 170 Grams of Cream Cheese
  • 30 Grams of Chicken Stock
  • 90 ml of Water

    1. In a separate bowl, take the chicken breast and marinate with salt and pepper. Set aside for 30 minutes.
    2. Take the multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position and pre-heat the cooker by pressing the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function and set the temperature to level 3 and set the cooking time for 20 minutes. Press [COOK]
    3. Add olive oil into the pot. Once the is heated, add the chicken.
    4. Once the chicken is cooked, take out the chicken cutlet, plate and set aside.
    5. With the remaining oil in the cooker from the chicken, add onion and garlic. Stir-fry until its fragrant.
    6. Add all the remaining ingredients into the pot, add salt and pepper to season and let it sauté until it thickens
    7. Once cooked, pour the sauce on top of the chicken cutlet and serve!
