Ingredients

  • 170 Grams of Beef Rashes
  • 1/4 Cup of Celery Diced
  • 1 Cup of Celery, Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons of Garlic, Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup of Onion, Diced
  • 3 Tablespoons of Chicken Stock
  • 3 Cups of Water
  • 1/4 Cup of Green Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon of Black Pepper
  • 2 Cups of Corn Kernels
  • 1 Cup of Potato, Diced
  • Salt to Taste.

Steps

    1. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position. Using the [MENU SELECTION] button, select the [FRY] function, set the cooking time for 15 minutes and press [COOK].
    2. Add oil into the cooker and add the beef then fry the beef by flipping both sides until its cooked. Once cooked, put it on a separate plate.
    3. With the remaining oil, put the leek and fry it well.
    4. Add the cooked beef and seasoning into the pot, then stir-fry to mix the ingredients.
    5. When the dish is cooked, add the red pepper until its cooked
