Ingredients

Bean Curd Ingredients;

  • 1 1 /2 Set of Bean Curd
  • A pinch of Salt

Seasoning Sauce;

  • 1 Tablespoon of Red Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon of Welsh Onion, Shred
  • A Teaspoon of Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Sesame
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Shredded Red Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons of Thick Soy Sauce

Steps

  1. Divide the bean curd into two sets, slice them to 1 cm thickness and sprinkle with salt to remove water content.
  2. Take a separate bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients together.
  3. Pour the water into the pot and place the trivet, then place the sliced bean curd on top of the trivet evenly.
  4. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to a lock position. Select [MULTICOOK] function using [MENU SELECTION] button then set it for 25 minutes then press [COOK].
  5. Once cooked, place the bean curd on a plate and pour the sauce evenly on the bean curd and serve!
