Butter Roasted Radishes

Ingredients

  • 300 Grams of Radishes, Quartered
  • 3 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon of Fresh Chives, Chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Steps

  1. Take the multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
  2. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 20 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]
  3. Add butter into the cooker. Sauté the radishes gently in the butter, stir frequently until they are tender. Season with Salt and Pepper. Sprinkle with Chives.
