Prepare the Bok Choy by cutting it into halves and clean it.
Open and unlock the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Add 170 ml of water into the pot and place Bok Choy into the pot. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [STEAM] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature level 2 then press [COOK]
Once the cooking time is finished, take out the Bok Choy and set aside on a plate. Take out the inner pot and drain the water then put the inner pot back into the cooker.
With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes a temperature level 120 degrees then press [COOK].
Add oyster sauce, water, sugar, garlic and soy sauce into the pot and bring it to a simmer.
Once the cooking is finished, pour the sauce on top of the plated bok choy and enjoy!
