Ingredients

  • 600 Grams of Beef Cubes
  • 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1 Piece of Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Piece of Red Bell Pepper, Seeded and Diced
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped
  • 4 Pieces of Carrots, Peeled and Cut into Pieces
  • 3 Pieces of Potatoes, Peeled and Cubed
  • 1 can of Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon of Chicken Stock
  • 500 ml of Water

Steps

1.Take the multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position

2.Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature 120 degrees.

3.Add olive oil into the cooker. Add garlic and onion. Let it cook until its brown. Once the cooking time is finished, add all the ingredients into the cooker. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.

4.Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature 120 degrees.
