Ingredients

Rice Ingredients:

  • 1 Teaspoon of Blue Coloring
  • 3 Pieces of Lime Leaves
  • 2 Cups of Rice
  • A Stalk of Lemongrass
  • 1/2 Inch of Galangal
  • 1/2 Inch of Ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt

 

Sides (Pre-Cooked):

  • Salted Egg, Boiled
  • Lime
  • Fish crackers
  • Salads (Long beans, Water Spinach, Torch Ginger Flower and Cabbage), chopped
  • Fish Coconut Flakes
  • Chilli Sambal
  • Budu
  • Sambal Tumis

Steps

  1. Add all the ingredients into the pot and close the lid.
  2. Using the [MENU SELECTION] button to [WHITE RICE] function and press [COOK].
  3. Once cooked, served best with all the cooked sides, chilli sambal, salads, budu, fish coconut flakes and sambal tumis. (Like the picture shown)
