Ingredients

  • 350 Grams of Beef Bones
  • 1 Piece of Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Piece of Carrots, Diced
  • 2 stalks of Celery sticks, Chopped
  • 80 Grams of Pearl Barley
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic, Crushed
  • 200 Grams of Can Diced Tomato
  • 20 Grams of Chicken Stock
  • 240ml of Water
  • 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon of Dried Mixed Herbs
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt

Steps

  1. Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Combine all the ingredients into the cooker then close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
  2. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 20 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK].
  3. Once the cooking time is finished, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Remove bones and bay leaf. Season to taste with salt.
