One-pot Beans, Sausages and Greens

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Garlic, Minced
  • 40 Grams of Chicken Stock
  • 170 ml of Water
  • 300 Grams of Sausages
  • 100 Grams of Kale, Stemmed and Diced
  • 1 Tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 Piece of Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Can of Pinto Beans
  • 1 Tablespoon of Pepper.

Steps

  1. Open and unlock the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
  2. Pre-heat the cooker by pressing the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and heating level 3 then press [COOK]
  3. Add olive oil into the pot then add sausage and stir-fry until its brown. Once it’s cooked, set aside.
  4. Add onion and garlic into the pot and cook until the onion is translucent.
  5. Once the cooking time finished, add the vegetables, beans, chicken stock, water and sausage into the pot. Season with salt and pepper. Mix it well. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
  6. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 5 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]
