Whole Chicken and Chicken Broth

All is requires is throwing a chicken and some vegetables into a pot and them letting them pressure. As simple as that!

Ingredients

  • 2 Pieces of Carrots, Chopped
  • 2 Stalks of Celery, Chopped
  • 1 Piece of Onion, Quartered
  • 2 Pieces of Bay leaves
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 1 Whole Chicken
  • ½ Teaspoon of Peppercorn
  • 850 ml of Water
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Steps

  1. Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Pour all the ingredients into the cooker and close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
  2. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 30 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees then press [COOK]
  3. Once the cooking time is finished, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Take out the cooked chicken into the plate then let it cool before deboning.
  4. Strain the chicken broth through a sieve and discard all the vegetables and spices. Save the broth for other use like in soups or sauces.
