Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 5 minutes and heating level 3 then press [COOK]
Add oil into the cooker, add the beef rashes and keep stirring until its cooked. Add onion, carrots and celery. Stir until the onion is translucent. Add split peas, chicken stock, water and bay leaf. Season with pepper. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]
Once the cooking time is finished, discard the bay leaf. Adjusting the seasoning if desire, add more water to add more soup and chicken stock to balance the flavour.
