Thai Steam Fish

Super easy and healthy recipe, Thai steamed fish with aromatic lemongrass and refreshing lime sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 Fish (At least the fish fit into the cooker)
  • 2 Pieces of Lemongrass
  • Handful of Parsley
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
  • 4 Pieces of Red Chilli
  • 4 Pieces of Lime
  • 2 Cups of Warm Water
  • A Piece of Chicken Cube
  • 2 Tablespoon Gula Melaka
  • 1 Tablespoon of Fish sauce

Steps

  1. Wash the fish and cut the flesh in the middle. This is to ensure the fish is cooked thoroughly
  2. Smash the lemongrass and cut into smaller about 3 to 4 inch as it fits into the fish stomach. This is to make sure no malodour.
  3. Select the [MENU SELECTION]  button to [STEAM] function and pour water into the pot until level 2 and put a trivet with the fish.
  4. Set the cooking time for 20 minutes and press [COOK]
  5. Take all the ingredients into a separate bowl and mix.
  6. Once the fish is cooked, pour all the mixture on top of the fish and served!
