Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Add the beef then close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]
Once the cooking time is finished, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.

Add oil into the cooker. Add the bell pepper, green onions, garlic and ginger. Add the snow peas and sauce. Continue to cook until the sauce thickens slightly for 7 minutes. Add the cooked beef and coat it with the sauce.
Garnish with the green onions and best serve with hot jasmine rice.
