Stir-fry Sesame Beef and Snow Pea

Ingredients

Sauce ingredients

  • 15 Grams of Beef Stock
  • 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons of Sesame Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of Cornstarch
  • 2 Tablespoons of Water

 

Cooking Ingredients

  • 300 Grams of Beef Sirloin, Cut into Strips
  • 1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Cornstarch
  • 3 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Piece of Red Bell Pepper, Seeded and Julienned
  • 2 Stalks of Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon of Fresh Ginger, Chopped
  • 200 Grams of Snow Peas, Trimmed and Halved
  • 2 Tablespoons of Sesame Seeds

Steps

  1. In a separate bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients and then set aside.
  2. In another separate bowl, Add beef with brown sugar and cornstarch. Season with pepper.
  3. Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Add the beef then close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
  4. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]
  5. Once the cooking time is finished, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
  6. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]
  7. Add oil into the cooker. Add the bell pepper, green onions, garlic and ginger. Add the snow peas and sauce. Continue to cook until the sauce thickens slightly for 7 minutes. Add the cooked beef and coat it with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with the green onions and best serve with hot jasmine rice.
