Beef and Broccoli in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

Marinate Ingredients;

  • 250 Grams of Beef
  • 1 Tablespoon of Corn Starch
  • 1 Teaspoon of Ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons of Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Bicarbonate Sode
  • 170 ml of Water

Cooking Ingredients;

  • 250 Grams of Broccoli
  • Pre-Mixed water (2 Tablespoons of Corn Starch + 1 Tablespoons of Water)
  • 170 Grams of Water
  • 90 Grams of Oyster Sauce
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 2 Teaspoons of Ginger
  • 2 Tablespoons of Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce

Steps

  1. Take a separate bowl, take all the ingredients that needed to marinate the beef then mix it well. Once finish put it aside for 1 hour.
  2. Take a multicooker and open the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position, add all the cooking and marinade ingredients into the cooker except the broccoli then close the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
  3. Select [MULTICOOK] function by using the [MENU SELECTION] button. Set the cooking time for 20 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK].
  4. Once the cooking time is finished, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Add the broccoli into the cooker, close and lock the lid.
  5. Select the [MULTICOOK] function by using the [MENU SELECTION] button. Set the cooking time for 5 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]
