Take the multicooker, open the lid and add water into the pot until it reaches level 2 of the white rice indicator.
Place the trivet in the pot and place potatoes on top.
Close the lid and select the [MULTICOOK] function using the [MENU SELECTION] button, set the temperature for 120 degrees, set the cooking time to 1 hour and press [COOK] to start cooking.
Once the cooking has finished then plate the potato on a bowl while it still hot.
