With the lid still open and turn the handle to the lock position, pre-heat the cooker by pressing the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 5 minutes and press [COOK] to start cooking.
Add olive oil, onion and stir-fry until it turns translucent, approximately for 3 minutes.
Add minced garlic, minced chilli pepper and chilli sauce into the pot and stir until fragrant, approximately 2 minutes.
Add lentil beans, ginger, sweet pumpkin, broccoli, water and remaining sauces then mix.
Turn the handle to the unlock position, close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Select [MULTICOOK] function using [MENU SELECTION] button and set the cooking time for 45 minutes then press [COOK] to start cooking.
