In a separate bowl, add shrimp and chicken stock with corn starch, and mix it
ANother separate bowl, crack and mix the egg.
Open the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position and pre-heat the cooker. Select the [FRY] function using the [MENU SELECTION] button and set the cooking time for 30 minutes then press [COOK] to start.
Add oil into the cooker pot, then add the shrimp mixture to cook the shrimp. Add dried shrimp into the mix, followed by mix vegetables.
Add cooked rice and mix well.
Add egg with salt and mix well.
Once the cooking is done, garnish with spring onion and serve.
