In a small separate bowl, add the cilantro, garlic, green onion, sugar, pepper, oyster sauce and soy sauce then set aside.
Take the multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Pour all the shrimp into the cooker then close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature for 100 degrees then press [COOK]
Once the cooking time is finished, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Take out the cooked shrimp on to a separate plate. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 5 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees then press [COOK].
Pour the cilantro sauce and let it simmer for 2 minutes then pour the shrimp back into the cooker. Stir to coat the whole shrimp with the sauce until the cooking time is finished.
