This mouth-watering, yet creamy mushroom soup is a favourite for the mushroom lovers! Loaded with slices of SHIITAKE mushrooms in every delicious bite!

Ingredients
3 Tablespoons of Butter
350 Grams of Shiitake Mushrooms, Thinly Sliced
40 Grams of Vegetable Broth
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
1/4 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Dried Parsley
1 Cup of Milk or Substitute With Half of Milk and Half of Whipping Cream of 1 Cup of Whipping Cream
Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 20 minutes and heating level 3 then press [COOK].
Add butter into the pot until it melts. Once melted, add the mushrooms and stir-fry until its brown and cooked for 10 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, dried parsley, 1/2 cup of milk, vegetable broth into the pot. Let it simmer for 8 minutes.
Take a separate medium bowl, mix flour and milk.
Pour the milk and flour mixture into the pot. Let it simmer and keep stirring for 2 minutes until it thickens slightly.
