Seared Tilapia and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 Stalks of Celery, Chopped
  • 1 Piece of Yellow Bell Peppers, Cut into Strips
  • 1 Piece of Small Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • 100 Grams of White Mushrooms, Cut into Slices
  • 70 ml of Olive Oil
  • 1 Can of Kidney Beans, Rinsed and Drained
  • 120 ml of Tomato Sauce
  • 8 Grams of Cilantro
  • 5 Pieces of Tilapia Fillets

Steps

  1. Take the multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
  2. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 5 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees then press [COOK]
  3. Add oil into the cooker then adds all the vegetables including the onions until al-dente for 3 minutes. Add beans and tomato sauce, cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Take it out from the cooker then set aside.
  4. With the lid still open, make sure turn the handle to the lock position Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees then press [COOK]
  5. Add the fish into the cooker and let it cook both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the stir-fried vegetables.
