Sautéed Shredded Beef with Leek

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:-

  • 2 Stalks of Leek, chopped 2cm size
  • 170 Grams of Beef, diced into bite-size
  • 2 Pieces of Red Pepper, sliced diagonal

 

Seasoning:-

  • ½ Teaspoon of Oil
  • ½ Teaspoon of White Sugar
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Chicken Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon of Light Soy Sauce
  • ½ Teaspoon of Corn Starch

Steps

    1. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position. Using the [MENU SELECTION] button, select the [FRY] function, set the cooking time for 15 minutes and press [COOK].
    2. Add oil into the cooker and add the beef then fry the beef by flipping both sides until its cooked. Once cooked, put it on a separate plate.
    3. With the remaining oil, put the leek and fry it well.
    4. Add the cooked beef and seasoning into the pot, then stir-fry to mix the ingredients.
    5. When the dish is cooked, add the red pepper until its cooked
