Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Pre-heat the cooker by pressing the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and heating level 3 then press [COOK]
Add oil into the pot and add minced shallots with dried blended chilli until cooked.
Add bitter beans (Petai) and fresh prawns. Then pour in the tamarind juice and palm sugar.
Continue to cook for 2 minutes then season with salt and add water to prevent burning until the cooking time is finished.
