Unlock and open the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and heating level 3 then press [COOK].
Add cooking oil until it’s heated into the pot then add garlic, ginger, onion and bird’s eye chilli. Stir-fry until its fragrant.
Add chicken, oyster sauce, soy sauce, white and black pepper. Season it with sugar and salt. Lastly, add pre-mix water until its slightly thickens. Unlock the handle then close the lid turn the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]
