Clean the whole chicken then put the chicken in a bowl.
Smear the chicken abdomen with salt and garlic paste, then put the spring onion inside the chicken abdomen
Marinate the chicken with the remaining seasoning (light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white sugar and vinegar) for an hour or an hour and a half then set aside.
Take the multicooker and open the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Place the marinated chicken into the pot by putting the chicken breast upwards.
Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position. Select the [MULTCOOK] function by pressing the [MENU SELECTION] button and set the cooking time for 25 minutes then press [COOK].
When the cooking is done, open the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Turn the chicken upside down by putting the chicken breast downward.
Close and lock the lid again by turning the handle to the lock position. Select the [MULTICOOK] function by pressing the [MENU SELECTION] button and set the cooking time for 25 minutes then press [COOK].
